This is a custom built steel vessel (Cost $200 000+) and has been well maintained!

With modern epoxy paints and a well maintained steel hull that will easily last 100 years or more. The boat has only been sailed in Lake Ontario. No salt water exposure.

One owner, excellent condition!  The previous owner will assist with delivery (and will assist new owner with getting to know boat and equipment, if so desired).
